1. Dry skin

Dehydration can quickly cause your skin to dry out. Dr. Ravindra says that dandruff usually causes problems like dryness and itching on your skin. Such a problem occurs when the skin completely loses moisture.

2. Dullness

If your face starts to look dull or abnormal, it could be a sign of skin dehydration.

3. Dark circles and wrinkles

When your skin is not fully hydrated, your dark circles are clearly visible. At the same time, skin loses its elasticity due to dehydration. Due to which the chances of wrinkles increase.

4. Itching
